- Expected turnaround time is 48 hours; +$25 if booked less than 48 hours in advance
- Orders for Sundays must be placed by Friday at 5pm due to the market being closed on Sundays

Payments and Fees
This service requires 100% of the total cost to be paid upfront. Any costs incurred from add-ons will be paid once the service is complete.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
Sales are final. However, we understand that life happens. Our team is happy to help on a case-by-case basis, taking into account time invested and costs incurred by talent. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
