- Client will prepay for shipping; cost will be confirmed by zip code
- Client will need to supply two weights (cinder blocks or sandbags) to secure the piece
- Client will need to have access to a hand-held steamer
- Assembly takes one hour and thirty minutes to steam
- Once ready to book, Alyssa will send over a rental contract
- Please use the original packaging to ship the piece back to Alyssa
- Client is responsible for any damage or cleaning fee depending on the level of repairs
- Client is responsible for a late fee ($200 per day); after 25 days of no contact/return arrangements, Alyssa will charge $5000 for the piece
Payments and Fees
This service requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. You will be invoiced for the remaining 50% of total cost before talent begins production or upon completion.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit for this service is non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. Our team is happy to help on a case-by-case basis, taking into account time invested and costs incurred by talent. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund. You can cancel anytime before production to avoid paying the remaining 50%.
