- Vases and candleholders are rentals and will be picked up within five days of the event
- Additional design work will incur a fee of 30% of service total
- Additional arrangements available upon request for an additional fee
Payments and Fees
This service requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Once the service is complete, you will be invoiced for the remaining 50% of total cost and any incurred costs.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit for this service is refundable within seven days of initial payment. If your service date takes place within seven days of booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance of the service date to avoid paying the remaining 50%.
If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of total cost and any additional incurred costs.
