Growing up, Thema always valued how dinnertime was a moment to pause, catch up, and reflect; now, she wants to give that to her clients. She’s been cooking her entire life—after she started prepping meals for the families she babysat for in high school and college, she decided to take it up a notch and go to culinary school. Hailing from the Bahamas and Jamaica and trained in classical French technique, Thema works at the intersection of farm-to-table and bold Caribbean flavors, using only the freshest ingredients and letting their natural flavors shine with exciting, interesting twists.
