Since she was young, Sera has loved the feeling of making something unique from scratch with her own hands. It’s no surprise, then, that, when working the front of house at a fine dining establishment, she ended up asking the chef to train her. That summer, she went in early every day to learn prep projects and knife skills—and she never looked back. Pulling from her Greek and Italian heritage, Sera’s food is reflective of the Mediterranean and Aegean parts of her identity. She looks to color and art as inspiration for her dishes before dialing in on the herby, bright flavor profiles of salads, oils, and dips. Because she curates her food specifically for and with her clients, you’ll never get a repeat menu from Sera.
