Payments and Fees
This service requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. You will be invoiced for the remaining 50% of total cost before talent begins production or upon completion.
To keep IHTF running smoothly, a service fee of 5% of the subtotal will be charged at checkout. This makes it possible for us to give you, our community, the best experience possible—from platform curation, to customer support, to nurturing the careers of our talented Friends.
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit for this service is non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens. Our team is happy to help on a case-by-case basis, taking into account time invested and costs incurred by talent. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund. You can cancel anytime before production to avoid paying the remaining 50%.
